Chicago at Boston Betting Tips

There are four top games in the NBA on Monday which are sure to entertain the punters. Chicago travel to Boston, in-form New York face Golden State, Memphis and Portland face off and LA Lakers host Phoenix.

Chicago at Boston Betting Tips

The Bulls lead the betting at 20/39 in their clash, following a decent run of form which has seen them beat Indiana, Philadelphia and Sacramento recently. They have slowly crept into fourth position in the dismal Eastern Conference and look certain to head for the play-offs.

Boston on the other hand, are 17/10 with William Hill after a poor season which sees them lie fourth from the foot of the Eastern. This one looks sure to go to Chicago, who will look to find some more good form following their defeat to Portland.

Chicago to win by 11+ represents good value at 5/2 with Paddy Power. They will be looking for a big victory and score well when in form. There have been numerous chants among the Bulls’ fans for Joakim Noah to win MVP this year. Although that seems unlikely, he is well worth a bet to score above 13.5 points at 5/6.

New York at Golden State Betting Tips

The Knicks were on a flying run until Phoenix came along to crash the party on Saturday. Mike Woodson’s men had won eight in a row until they were beaten comfortably by the Suns.

They will be keen to bounce straight back though, as they continue to close in on the play-off places. Golden State Warriors look more than likely to secure a position in the play-offs and are in decent form themselves.

The hosts are 5/19 with Bwin to secure a win, whilst Knicks represent very good value at 3/1 with the same firm.

Both Carmelo Anthony and Steph Curry have been standout for their teams this season, so it is well worth betting on them to score well again here.

Memphis at Portland Betting Tips

Another of the night’s best games sees two Western Conference play-off hopefuls go head to head. Portland have had a great season up to now and are currently fifth, whilst Memphis have improved massively since the turn of the year and they lie eighth.

The Trail Blazers have won their last two against Atlanta and Chicago, whilst Memphis suffered a defeat to the Warriors.

The betting odds indicate just how close this one will be. Portland are slight favourites, with Bet Victor offering 17/20, whilst the Grizzlies can be backed at 11/10 with William Hill.

Portland to win by 1-10 symbolises good value at 8/5 and Damian Lillard to score above 20.5 points is another good bet at 5/6.

Mike Conley has been scoring well for the visitors and also represents a nice bit of value to score more than 17.5 points at 5/6.

Phoenix at LA Lakers Betting Tips

Lakers welcome Phoenix in the final match-up of the night and there looks to be only one winner. The Suns are as short as 1/5 with most leading firms, whilst the Lakers can be backed at around 4/1 in places.

The hosts have lost their last two and lie one place off the bottom of the strong Western Conference. Phoenix currently lie seven places above them and look definite winners. Backing them to win by a large margin is a good idea, as is betting on both Eric Bledsoe and Goran Dragic to score well.
